MAXIMUM OCCUPANCY TWO PERSONS

RATES: $220 per night (for either lodge) plus 8% NYS sales tax. Our season is May through mid October.

BOOKING POLICY: One full night deposit charged to your credit card. Cancellations will only be accepted before 7 days prior to your booking date. If we can re-book your reservation, your deposit will be returned minus a $20 administrative fee. If your reservation does not get re-booked, you will lose your full deposit and will pay for any additional days that you have booked, unless we can re-book it.

If you have booked a hot air balloon ride and the weather is inclement, your commitment to stay at the lodge still exists.
